What happens if I move to a new house?

We cover one house moves with our subscriptions. Simply contact us, and we'll guide you through safely disconnecting, moving, and reinstalling the system at your new property.

Can you install in a rented property?

We are happy to install a PureH2o device in any property. However, if you live in a rental property we advise you to get permission from the owner before we install. Sometimes we will have to drill a small hole (only about 6mm) through your countertop to reach the water supply.

What makes our water dispensers unique?

How does the subscription work?

You choose your device (Flow or Spark), select your plan length, and we handle the rest — installation, yearly reminders, and support. Your subscription activates after the installation, with no surprises or hidden fees. You have 15 day trial, if you change your mind, we will recover the device and proceed with a full refund.

What are the benefits of our technology?

Our systems use layered filtration to remove bacteria, viruses, heavy metals, and chlorine — delivering clean, safe water on demand. Spark includes integrated carbonation, and all models feature a modern, low-noise design.

Where do you currently deliver and install

We currently serve Bucharest and surrounding areas. As we expand, more cities will be added — stay tuned or reach out to check availability.

Do I need a Plumber to install the device?

Nope. Our professional team handles everything — installation is fast, clean, and doesn’t require modifying your plumbing.

Why choose us over bottled water?

Can I cancel my subscription early?

Each plan is commitment-based (12, 18, or 24 months). If you cancel early, the full remaining balance will apply as outlined in our T&Cs. The only time we will be able to refund is within the first 15 days

Do I own the PureH2o Device at the end of the contract?

No, your PureH₂O device is provided as part of your subscription. That means you’re never responsible for repair or replacement costs, and you benefit from ongoing support, yearly servicing reminders, and upgrades when available. You also avoid paying out of pocket for an expensive machine up front — it’s worry-free hydration, fully managed and affordable.
